Brown County coffee, is roasting old green, coffee beans
In my opinion, brown county coffee has been roasting old green coffee beans because every time that I have gotten a pound of coffee, no matter really what origin it’s from or what type of coffee(don’t worry I’ve tried them all* even at different roast levels)
it is it all taste the same, which is pretty consistently flat now you can make good espresso out of it because the beans are freshly roasted but I don’t think that the raw beans are fresh, I mean, they’ve had the same type of coffee bean for years, Honduras, New Mexico, Peru etc. And you would think that if they’re buying raw green beans regularly, they might try and switch it up.?
Now this isn’t me trying to hate on Brown county coffee I’ve spent probably hundreds of dollars on the coffee, but after trying other coffees locally and even some store-bought ones, they all seem to out flavor brown county. So Brown County coffee if you see this let me know if I’m wrong or not would love to see some nice roasted coffee that tastes just as well as it was roasted.
