Have any of you used tech / LLMs to support your business?

Curious to hear from business owners here. I assume many of us are tech forward, and on the younger side.

For people who either built their business from scratch or inherited a family business, have any of you adopted tech, AI tools or agents in any way that helps you either run the business or automate existing work?

I’m sure many are already using some kind of finance / CRM / marketing tools etc, but beyond that, have you done anything like training your employees and management to use new software, or use things like Claude in day to day workflows?
