What can I get for Kyler Murray?

Murray is my 4th QB in a SF and I'm trying to swap him out for some wr help.

Is Murray for QJ worth it?

What would you be willing to package with Murray to get Nabers?

An I better off holding onto Murray and seeing if his value grows mid season?
