Upgrade price MAD - IST - TBS

Hi! Has anyone had any experience in purchasing an upgrade por a mad - ist flight in a330?

Or a IST - TBS ?

What price can one expect ?

Also, does the purchase of the upgrade of only the second segment, IST - TBS, offer the lounge access in Istanbul ?

Thx !!!
