Lonestar LVN to RN transition program

I’ll be finishing my LVN program by the end of the year and am considering applying to the Lonestar LVN to RN program that begins next summer. Is anyone familiar with the scoring rubric? Do you have to have experience working as an LVN for a certain amount of time before applying? Are there any pre reqs they look at such as pharm or med surg? Do you get extra points if you completed the LVN program at LSC? Any other info is greatly appreciated Thanks in advance!
