After so many years, I finally 36 starred abyss!
I've played this game on and off for years and NEVER managed to 36 star abyss. I know some people do it every cycle like it's a joke but I used to bash my head against the wall for weeks with scuffed teams that I had no idea how to build. I used to not even be able to get through floor 11 let alone floor 12, so this feels amazing to me even if some people will laugh and say it's easy. I came back on the nefer lauma banner patch and have been grinding ever since to build these teams.
First half team: Sandrone C0R1 Yae widsith C1 Qiqi fav sword tartaglia first great magic
The first half was actually kind of a joke because I had the shill team. It made me realise how on abysses years ago, when I would do 0 damage, part of the problem was just not having the right reactions (that and my builds and synergy sucked, but the lack of shill was part of it).
Sandrone and Yae eat everything for breakfast, Qiqi provides nice heals and buffs stellar conduct. Childe is just there so Sandrone's normal attack gets buffed by a level lmao.
Second half team: nefer blackmarrow lauma blackmarrow Columbina prototype amber Raiden skyward spine C1
Feels so amazing to finally have Columbina after pulling her this patch. Nefer is a bit fragile but hits like an absolute freight train after all the lauma and Columbina buffs. Usually she's even stronger with Nahida but Raiden was needed in this team to trigger lunar charged for the bosses. Raiden was my old main and it's kind of depressing how weak she is relative to my new built lunar and stellar teams, but she did her job downing the terrorshroom and the hat boss at the end by triggering lunar charged. This team was significantly harder to DPS enough with while also keeping nefer alive, but was a really fun challenge learning the boss's patterns and how to optimise my opportunities to damage them.
The teams definitely have some further building to do, as other than Nefer's skill and all Raiden's talents nothing is crowned, but it just feels so good to finally clear this, as it was my goal upon coming back to the game. Now I want to get even stronger to where I can comfortably do this every time and maybe even challenge Stygian.
