Confusion with if i do have autism ?

Hello, I’m autistic, i was diagnosed with autism a year back but I’ve struggled for many years to go outdoors and to say a shop alone, unless I’m with my parents i struggle, i haven’t been to a shop on my own in many years, but i have recently moved to a new location in my own place and i moved here yesterday but 5 days ago i was asked by the landlord if i wanted to go there to see the place, so i booked a taxi by the company myself and i went in it and then i went on a train by myself (with passenger assistance) to a city i have never been to and then i booked an uber to where i have moved to i then went to the train home again and in the same taxi i had taken on the way to the train station and then the day was over, but how come i had gotten myself to do all of these things when i struggle for years to even go into a shop alone ? Was i misdiagnosed ?
