Pre-market opening outlook for 7/29/26 again

Good Wednesday Morning Traders. ES Futures were up most of the night but have flatlined going into this morning being down slightly ahead of 2 potentially volatile trading days. Oil is up because of an overnight escalation in the Iranian conflict. The VIX is up around 18.74 but within the average range.I expect that to change. BE prepared and have a solid risk adverse trading plan based on our trading guidelines. I expect that the morning trading pattern will be flat leading up to the FOMC rate decision and Warsh's comments around 1:30 EST. Right now the expectation is that the FOMC will hold rates steady. WE will see. Then after the bell, we will have META and MSFT earnings. I expect both of them to kill it but their stock will drop because of CAPEX concerns that currently has the Market rattled. Even with that said, the SPX continues to inch upwards because the other SPX companies are doing well. The equal-weighted SPX touched a record high on Tuesday to extend its lead year-to-date over the traditional market-cap weighted index. That means that even though the MAG 7 are struggling the SPX still inches forward. That is great for our trade. Tomorrow will still be volatile with reaction from today's happenings and anticipation of AAPLE and AMZN earnings after the bell on Thursday. I have no open positions and as of right now and depending on market conditions, I am planning on possibly waiting until Friday to put on any new positions. BUT that could change! Plans or thoughts anyone?
