Stopper Letrozole

Medication

I created a new account for this one, sorry. Not even sure what I want with this post, maybe just recognition.

I stopped taking Letrozole. I was not premenopausal, IDC stage 3, ++-, and after ACT chemo, surgery and radiation, started Lupron, Letrozole and Kisqali. We went on a trip for 10 days and I forgot to bring the Letrozole....and now that I am back... I can't get myself to take it again.

I am embarrassed about it but I just feel so done with it. I ached, I didn't sleep, the hot flashes. I had an oncology visit yesterday to check bloodwork and get clearance for next Kisqali cycle and they lowered my dose again, now only taking 200mg a day, as even by going down to 400mg a day for the last cycle my neutrophils and lymphocytes were under the treshold to restart. Instead of pulling me off they have now lowered the dose twice. I am just tired of all the meds and the side effects. Anyone else? And would you kick yourself up the behing and restart the letrozole tonight or, confess to doctor through mychart and see where that goes?
