Question any help is appreciated I am so lost

Has anyone had a problem with messages on a galaxy s25 ultra repeat. So I'll get a notification on my phone via text bubble and it will repeat the same text bubble, also when I have my Galaxy buds connect it will read aloud the notification and then repeat it again. Only with messages. Does anyone have any advice I have been trying to fix it
