What kinda life can someone on €40,000 (170,000 PLN ?) live in Warsaw ?

Assuming it's a flat share, just wanting too see what a friends situation looks like, say away from the town center in one of the old 'commie blocks'.

How often could you afford a night out, maybe a forgiven holiday abroad once or twice a year ? How comfortable would you be eating out multiple times per week etc...?
