Are these LOE duties a red flag? Can I submit an updated reference letter?

My junior position’s duties are listed below, and some start with “Assist in…” or “With support, …”. Are these considered a red flag? Also, is it possible to submit a new/updated reference letter with revised duty wording, or would that raise more concerns than it solves?

Full list of duties:

•	Assist in the design, development, deployment and maintenance of complex IT solutions to make systems more performant and cost-effective  
•	With support, develop effective tooling, alerts, and automated responses to identify and address reliability risks; create and manage a roadmap to ensure environments are kept up-to-date  
•	With support, design, build and support CI/CD pipelines  
•	With support, maintain the QA/production/DR environments  
•	Develop, standardize and maintain system and support documentation (including but not limited to operational guides, network diagrams, access management, infrastructure design, test scripts, ETL flows, etc.)  
•	System monitoring, trend analysis, capacity management, vulnerability management, procedure & configuration documentation, as well as project participation for any related project
