Apply this cycle?

Hello everyone, I took the MCAT 5/22 and unfortunately got a 493. My gpa is 3.4 and my science gpa is 3.2. I have a letter of rec from 1 science professor, 1 from MD shadowing, 1 from pharmacist manager and 1 from volunteer manager. My ECs look like this:
CVS pharmacy tech 610 hours
Shepherds hope 100 hours
Shadowing 70 hours
Advent health volunteer 100 hours
Soccer Coach volunteer 200 hours
Food Bank 640 hours 
Homeless Shelter 200 hours
started a business 150 hours
summer camp volunteer 200 hours
Doctors office translator 50 hours

I think I have a solid PS too ( what I’ve heard from others) , so I just wanted to ask, should I apply now and see what happens or take the first January MCAT available and apply broadly to this cycle with that score, or would that be too late. Thank you so much everyone !
