Looking for affordable pharmacy for Inspiral (Methylphenidate) delivery in India (Maharashtra/Aurangabad)

Hi everyone,

I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and my psychiatrist prescribed Inspiral 10 mg (methylphenidate).

I'm from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra. Most local pharmacies I've contacted don't stock it, so I had to order it from another city. The medicine itself was at MRP, but the delivery charges were quite high.

I'm looking for:

• Pharmacies that reliably deliver Inspiral anywhere in India.
• Pharmacies with reasonable delivery charges.
• If anyone knows a pharmacy in or near Aurangabad/Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar that stocks it, that would be even better.

Also, since this is my first time taking methylphenidate, I'd love to hear:

• What did you notice on your first few days?
• How long did it take before you felt a difference?
