Personal year 4 - Life path 4

I'm new to numerology, and I've heard about life paths and personal years.

I was born on 02/01/1999 so my life path is 4, and my personal year is also 4.

4 is about structure and discipline, whereas I felt totally undisciplined and lost this year, like I've never been before, especially at my job. I don't understand what's the personal year impact, because I thought it quite the opposite.

Although in the last quarter of 2025 (Personal year 3), I had some big changes in my life (Moving to a new country, new job, new relationship)
