3.0 xbow or 3M pump to push to ultimate champion?

3.0 xbow is the only deck I have maxed, is it viable enough to push to uc with?

If I buy the pass I might be able to max a 3m deck and maybe evo ebarbs and evo valk will be good in it. Which deck is better against all the slop decks in ranked?
