My University of Phoenix Journey

Hello everyone! My name is Larry, and I am currently completing my bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. I am scheduled to graduate in September 2026.

The most valuable part of my journey at the University of Phoenix has been learning how to apply what I study directly to my career. I currently work as a production supervisor, so courses focused on leadership, employee motivation, teamwork, workplace behavior, and organizational improvement have helped me become a stronger leader.

The flexibility of the online program has also been important because it has allowed me to continue working full time, support my family, and still pursue my degree. This journey has not always been easy, but it has helped me become more disciplined, confident, and focused on my long-term goal of advancing into plant management or general management.

I am proud of how far I have come and look forward to connecting with other University of Phoenix students and graduates.
