My first crush at 18

I'm 18 years old male and currently experiencing my first crush. I have never had the feeling of secretly wanting to see her more and changing my schedule just so I can see her for a small amount of time.

we met at work and work together, I go in even on my days off to get a peak at the roster, and show up while shes on shift just so I can talk to her and its amazing. She's not from my town, she grew up in the big city and is here to study, so ive given her 2 drives around town as she doesnt know the place well, giving little stories about myself and the history of the town.

During those rides it became extremly clear to me that I very much like this girl, but I am struggling on ways to ask her to come out with me, as shes busy with study and work. it also seems like shes into me but as a man, I am oblivious to these signals or may be misinterpreting them.

ive always loved traditional stories of getting together with people, going full out on the first date but I dont wanna scare her away or anything along those lines. im not necessarily a shy or nervous person when it comes to these sort of things, but I do tend to feel too much too fast and worry about the repercussions of that.

im not really sure why im posting this here, for advice, thoughts, anything youd like to say, just wanted to hear some words about my situation.
