Experience with Game Island canceling orders?

Hey so I just received an email that one of my orders for the Hobbit CBB got canceled. I just orderd 2 but still got cut down to 1.

Now from reading a lot of reddit post or on discord, a lot of people got cut down to 2 CBB, while others orderd 1 and still got canceled.

Does someone now how they determine, what order to shorten or cancel entirely (except B2B customers!).

Because I feel like, if i had orders 5 or 6, I would have got cut down to 2. Or maybe its because it was my first purchase, so im not really a "big spending customer". Or is it just lottery?

I would love if someone has some experiences or insights.

Because my guess is, the bigger the order, the more items you will get, even after cancelation. During preorders, I KNEW the hobbit CBB will not be so available. So instead of even hoping, I just ordered 2. But it seems like, for the next big set, I should just orders as many as I can, so even after short supply, I still get more.

But im not sure.
