Finally found out why Jon's reveal in Winds of Winter is such a big deal and has me in tears everytime I watch it.

Spoiler
  1. that one moment not only redefined his destiny, but also Ned’s story. Not only was he a great king, but a godly brother and family man. Never cheated on his wife. Protected his nephew by spoling his own reputation, just so Robert does not kill him. Took all the blame on himself.

  2. Everything that could have gone wrong with Jon, went wrong in the earlier seasons. He was hated, excluded, everything that you can imagine. You tell me 6 seasons later that not only is he not a bastard who didn't deserve any of it, but also the fucking heir to the iron throne?? yeah ima lose my shit.

I don't know if it's the music, or the underlying completion of so many subplots in that one scene, but I can never not have tears when that scene shows up.
