Headache signs on RingConn most days

My ringconn commonly says it is headache tracking me and then it will say resolved. Most of these days I do not get headaches. I’m wondering if anyone else has this experience and has any insight? I’m wondering if it’s because I’m a high stress sort of person or if there is a physical reason?
