Should I pay doctors privately or should I wait for health insurance?
I am chronically ill, in constant pain every day. I suspect it might be due to hypermobility since everything checks out, but that's why I'm trying to decide if to go to the doctor right now or not. I also have tendonitis in both my elbows and my knees, so I am basically not living, just staying at home everyday all day long waiting for something to get better while doing PT exercises that give me a bit of relief.
Now I have two choices, I can go through the healthcare system privately, which means spending around 500€ this morning just to get a diagnosis and another PT visit with the uncertainty that I might be listened to, or wait another two months and a half so I can get co-insured with my partner and get everything for free, while being in the mental torture of the pain, pressure of time passing, my life wasting away, while my knees, back and elbows burn constantly.
Should I go to the doctor or should I wait for my health insurance? I am so tired of making decisions for this shit honestly.
