Zürich canton travel pass

Hello all

I will be in Zurich for 3 days best week to view homes and such I will need to do a lot of rail, bus and tram travel. I am finding it difficult to understand which pass works best for me and how the zone system operates. I also need to travel to and from ZRH airport
