Blocked account help needed- can't appeal to Facebook in any way. No way to get to help menu even

My friend's account has been blocked. They asked for ID but she didn't have it on her... So she closed website ans got back to it next day.

Now she can't appeal, she has deleted account. She has no buttons other than LOG OUT. Any help is appreciated because this is her account for 10 years. Bot is unhelpful because it gives link to RESTORE MY ACCOUNT but she can't access it
