S-Tier non-Steak Local Eats Downtown (for Gen Con)

It's my umpteenth time hitting up Gen Con, and I'm trying to expand my food selection. I'm looking for places that are immediately walkable from the convention center, and aren't steak - and has to be local (no chains!). I've already hit up St Elmos in the past, and did Harry and Izzy's last night (fish was nice!) I'm GF (intolerance) but can usually find my way around a menu to find something. Seems like there's a bunch of steakhouse type places downtown (Ruth's Chris, Weber, etc) but not a whole lot of ethnic foods (typically easy to find GF). Price isn't a huge consideration, as this is kinda like a spendy vacation for me. I'm staying by Gainbridge so stuff more over that way is game too.

Already on my list to check out - Pearl Street, Kilroy's, Subito. Already tried - Conner's, High Velocity, Patachou, Encanto.

Is Oceanaire good? I'm only seeing 4.4 on Google. I also had Aroma on my list but the ratings seem to have dropped.
