Season 1 Question. (SPOILERS!!)

PS I HAVE FINISHED THE WHOLE SHOW BUT I OCCASIONALLY MISS THINGS!!

I>!n season 1, we see a video of Helly/Helenas Outie saying "Ms. Cobel told me you threatened to cut off my fingers." or something along the lines of that - but we know that Marks outie doesn't know about Ms. Cobel and the only severed floor employee he knows is Mr. Milchik. I have a question - does only Marks outie not know Ms. Cobel and people like Irving do, or is it that Helly only knew because she's a higher up. !<
