Steam Powered Aeroplane in Hartford

John Hartford sang fast. Some lines are just packed with syllables on 16th and 8th notes. I don't think Billy Failing forgot any lines -- but they are A LOT of work ... and the song must go out. Vocally Billy Failing has been getting better and better this year. I reckon that's what he's been practicing. (FTP of Night Fishing in the spring was highlight reel jump for him vocally ... high end of his register from deeper in his diaphragm, less nasal, which Del McCoury just owns). BMFF is so freaking cool.
