Opinion Needed

My father wants to buy a new car with a budget of 14 Lakhs. The major requirements are:

1.Above 15 mileage ( Non-ARAI )

2 Automatic

3.5 seater

4.360 degree camera

5.Cruise Control

6.Many modern and must need features

I have listed out a few cars in this price range:

1.Maruti Suzuki Fronx

2.Maruti Suzuki Baleno

(We booked the alpha models of these two but no respond of if one is available for a few months)

3.Skoda Kylaq

4.Hyundai Venue

5.Kia Sonet

6.Tata Punch (Not very interested in Tata due to the issues I've heard)
