Electrical problem

Hey guys, could use help diagnosing my 2005 lly. Ove the past couple months, electrical components have stopped working. My wipers dont spray, sometimes a door will day its open, doesnt unlock or lock from the key fob. Ive already tried different keys ans replacing batteries. The power locks work from the inside
