How do you cope with impostor syndrome in the community?

I can't draw, I joined too late, I'm not a programmer or a novel writer, I can't produce music on Russelbuck or Verplex's level. I can dance But it's unfortunately too unrecognized. I don't wanna be the only talentless guy.
