Vudu/Movies Anywhere Porting Issue w/Bridesmaids

Bridesmaids 4k is currently $5 on Movies Anywhere. I clicked to buy, and it takes me to Amazon where I do my purchase like usual.

However, it only reflects as purchased on Amazon. Not Movies Anywhere or Vudu.

Ive disconnected and reconnected the Amazon account to Movies Anywhere. Still not showing. And it doesn't port to other services either.

Anyone else have this issue? What's the deal?
