Power mode keeps going back to Best Power Efficiency

Hi all.

I have the MSI Claw 8 AI+

Recently i've been experiencing lag in my games, (dota 2 and dark souls 3). And upon checking, my power mode keeps going back to best power efficiency. How do I lock this to best performance?

In my MSI Center M, I used the manual profile and set both to its max. In my BIOS its also in Performance mode.

What to do?
