Real opinion needed

I am 29 and planning to buy my first car with a budget of around 12 lakhs. Currently, I commute using TVS jupiter and my monthly fuel budget is around 2000 rupees.

My daily commute will be around 25-30 km. What car should I consider. I can go max 14 lakhs. And also give you opinion on the fuel blending situation as well.Will it be safe to buy a car as of now. Not having a car at this age is seriously hindering my chances to build connections.
