Needing advice about jobs

I am a 30M who recently went and completed Uni to try and do better in life. (Had a rough childhood and early 20s). My situation currently is tough financially but I am grateful to have employment in a Graduate role.

I am currently a Client Services Officer trying to break into the Financial Planning field. I am currently earning 60k p.a. The company I am working for is small and although I do have a future and growth at this company, their plans for me involve being at the company for a good amount of years though.

My conundrum is, I recently was offered a job in Union, working with admin and all other sorts of things to do. They are offering me 90k. Now although I am loving my financial career so far (apart from the ups and downs with stress) I REALLY need the money.

Should I take the Union job? Will my finance career be impacted?

I really need help.
