Questions about fee waiver

Hello,

I need help from anyone experienced in this topic.

Following my fiance visa, I’m doing a fee waiver application in the process of doing I have been confused with couple of things; keep in mind iam due to get married on August 12th

1- am I going to be the applicant or ist my sponsor ? Since we will be uploading her bank statements.
2 - relationship status, we are due to get married in a couple of weeks.. should I put single ?
