Fed day open — trading ES & NQ live at 9:30am ET

Overnight was flat into the open, after some major back and forth. ES and NQ each up about 0.2% with the decision not until 2:00pm ET. My general read on Fed days is that the open is its own session: you often get one clean move in the first 30-60 minutes and then the tape thins out as everyone waits. I'll be trading it live and talking through what I take and what I skip.
