Hi, what did I do to the interface and how can I bring it back

So, usually there are volume bars and all those other thingamajigs, but I did something and now they're all gone (I've intentionally got rid of all of them with the intention of them reappearing, but now I don't know how to bring them back, all I have on my screen is the preview window and the buttons on top, File, Edit, etc.
