Mouse sighting - should I let the freeholder know?

I bought my leasehold flat a month ago and just spotted a mouse in the kitchen scurrying into the vent under my freezer

I will book pest control for my flat, but am currently travelling, so it will need to be in a few weeks time.

Should I tell the freeholder now, or wait for pest control, to see if they have a diagnosis of where the mice are entering?

My contract is from the 1700s so there are no pest control clauses
