How long does it take for the D.C. Embassy to mail out the birth record?

I found the birth record I needed by contacting the Prešov state archives, and they sent it to the Embassy in D.C. I made the request on May 18, and about two weeks ago I got an invoice from the D.C. Embassy, which I paid immediately.

Does anyone know how long it typically takes for them to mail it once you've paid?

This is the last thing I'm waiting on, so I'm a bit anxious! :) thanks!
