Ex-scale-up commercial lead (8+ yrs) looking for fractional /advisory/ co-founder opportunities — London

After 8+ years in scale-up and consumer goods commercial roles — working directly with CXOs, running GTM strategy, experimentation and market launches, and owning P&L for markets I've run — I'm currently exploring what's next, and it's leaning less "apply for another full-time role" and more "build or help build something properly."

* Deep in GTM, experimentation and market launches — not just strategy decks, actually running the thing
* P&L ownership, including taking a loss-making market from -14% to +11% AEBITDA in under a year
