Is dermatica any good?

Tried skin and me last month but I had such a poor experience. The communication left a lot to be desired. Once I received the products, the twist mechanisms for both the daily doser and prescription treatment were faulty.

Looking to get tretinoin prescribed but I’m understandably cautious as I had such a poor experience with skin and me.
