Everything gone?

I’ve been with this community for like a week now and have gotten some really good advice and I am getting ready to start quitting -intentional oxymoron -I was commenting and active in the group at 2 o’clock this morning but when I got up now everything’s gone. I had found my people and everything’s gone. All of my notifications, my direct messages, all of that and I’m not sure how that happens I’m pretty new to Reddit
