AIO Someone asks for a favor and their attitude threw me off

someone asked if they could tag along on a ride and I agreed. when I went to pick them up, they didn’t say “hello, good morning, how are you”, nothing. during the whole ride they were quiet and when asked something, they were curt. same thing on the ride back. they thanked me for the ride but with an attitude. given my history with this person, I know they can be arrogant but since I haven’t really spoken to them in years, I thought they matured and wasn’t really expecting what I got. so my question is, would this be considered entitled behavior? I got the feeling they thought I should be grateful they asked me for a favor and that I got to drive them around.
