Impact of Venus + Ketu in 9H

I am 25F and I recently talked to an astrologer who told me that marriage during my Jupiter-Venus period is impossible because I have Venus with Ketu in 9H (Sagittarius). I'm an Aries Ascendant and Libra Moon.

I'm quite eager to get married - either with my ex or arranged, whatever the universe supports but hearing that I'd have to wait till 2028 was highly demotivating.

How factual are her claims? She's not someone I knew before, just someone on Astrotalk so I really can't say for sure.
