Possible malware on the Official Wiki?

I was browsing the wiki earlier and suddenly got a captcha asking me to check the box to confirm I am not a robot. Without thinking, I clicked it and I was immediately loaded into a blank page with a pop up box on the top of my browser asking me to allow notifications.

Just did a virus scan and checked downloads and I don't think I actually got anything bad, just wanted to throw out a warning for people like me who sometimes click without thinking.
