Motion smoothing

Hello. Does anyone know how to turn off the motion smoothing on the onn device? I use it on my TV and it wasn't on but I took it and used it on another TV and when I connected back to my TV it went into motion smoothing mode and the screen got brighter now I can't figure out how to disable it. That live soap opera look is annoying. Can anyone guide me on how to turn it off and make the onn device not so bright. The TV itself is not bright
