Twitching in new places after my EMG

Hi.I have progressive symptoms and I had my EMG at 100 days mark exactly one week ago by the physiatristYou can see my previous posts for the detailed EMG report and for my symptoms.The EMG was normal

The below symptoms are after my EMG:

I started getting twitches in new areas of my hand and legs and the twitching frequency has increased then before.

I am getting frequent twitches in my left chest side area .The frequency increases when I bend or the posture is stiff or move in a different direction.This is scaring me more as the twitching frequency been increasing if there is a pressure on that area.

I did not have EMG done on my spine and so worrying what if they had missed something as I am getting lot more twitches lately around my chest and butt area.

I want to move away from this rabbit hole and these increased frequency of twitches and getting twitches in new areas and especially getting twitches if there is any pressure/posture difference worrying me more and pulling me more deeply into the rabbit hole again.
