first time for botox

I am interested in a botox (first timer!) just on my 11s.. basically some baby botox. I feel fine with the rest of my face.

I have two options; go to an injector my friends use or go to my dermatologist. which is the best route to go? i dont want to be pushed on things so thinking my derm might be the way to go or do I go with an injector because they do this day in and day out?
