Bellevue Event Space

My wife and I are looking to move to Bellevue. I’ve lived there before and absolutely loved it. My only concern is that we’re downsizing and most apartments don’t have space for hosting large gatherings that require table space like a friendsgiving. We honestly aren’t even able to host all our friends in our current place, but we’re able to rent the neighborhood community center for like $20, which includes tables and chairs. Does anyone know of any event spaces in the Bellevue area that allow outside food that aren’t ridiculously expensive to rent? Literally just need space for about 20 people to comfortably sit and to fit a table of food in there as well, nothing crazy.
