27M | Mumbai | Since everyone says “you’ll find someone when you least expect it”… here I am, on Reddit

M4F♂️

.

Never tried a dating app. Never made a matrimony profile. Figured I'd let Reddit decide whether this is a brilliant idea or future cringe material. Let's test my luck here.

About me

•	27M, Mumbai

•	Hindu

•	6’0” (183 cm)

•	82 kg

•	Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering

•	Working full-time in the construction/business sector

•	Salary: ₹8 LPA

Financially, I’m independent and fortunate that no one in my family depends on my income. My salary is just one part of my overall earnings, and I also generate additional income annually through other income sources.

•	Additional income: would discuss later on .

I live with my family and come from an upper middle-class background where values, respect, and staying grounded have always mattered the most

Lifestyle

•	Gym 3 times a week.

•	Non-vegetarian

•	Drinks occasionally

•	Non-smoker

I was quite active in sports throughout school, college, and engineering. Football has always been my favorite, and I’d say I’m pretty decent at it.

I also love dancing.

Travelling is probably my biggest hobby. I’ve covered most parts of India, and for the last three years I’ve made it a ritual to travel abroad at least once every year. So far I’ve visited several countries across Europe and Asia. I enjoy exploring new places, trying local food, spontaneous road trips, and a bit of adventure.

People generally describe me as calm, respectful, dependable, and someone who gets along with almost everyone. I believe communication solves more problems than ego ever can.

Things I enjoy talking about

•	Business and entrepreneurship (I’ve been exposed to business since my school days)

•	Construction and real estate

•	Finance and investing

•	Football and sports

•	Travel stories

•	Fitness

•	Random late-night conversations that somehow start with coffee and end with life’s meaning

What I’m looking for

•	Age: 23–26

•	Height: Not a deal-breaker. As long as we look good standing together, we’re good.

•	Diet: Doesn’t matter.

•	Religion: Preferably Hindu.

What matters to me is character. Someone who’s kind, respectful, emotionally mature, ambitious in her own way, and values family.

I’m not looking for perfection. I’m looking for a someone with whom we can celebrate the good days, survive the difficult ones, support each other’s dreams, and grow together.

If you’ve read this far, either you’re genuinely interested or procrastinating. Either way, thanks for your time.
